What's Included

Everything your wedding day needs

Every wedding valet package is built around your specific venue, guest count, and timeline. Here's what comes standard.

Uniformed attendants

Professionally dressed staff who match the tone of your event. Background-checked, trained in guest interaction, and representing your celebration — not a parking company.

Coordinated timing

We sync with your event planner, DJ, or coordinator to manage arrival flow before the ceremony and staged departures after the reception. No bottlenecks, no waiting.

Full insurance

$2M general liability and comprehensive garage-keeper's coverage on every vehicle. Certificates of insurance available for your venue, planner, or property manager on request.

Pre-event site survey

We walk the property in advance — mapping arrival lanes, staging zones, and overflow areas. Every plan accounts for your specific venue layout and traffic flow.

Equipment provided

Valet podium, signage, key lockbox, two-way radios, and cones. All branded with clean, professional materials — nothing that detracts from your aesthetic.

Day-of coordinator

A dedicated lead attendant manages the valet team and serves as your single point of contact. They coordinate directly with your planner so you never have to.

How It Works

From inquiry to flawless execution

We've refined the wedding valet process over hundreds of events. Here's what to expect when you work with us.

Step 1

Tell Us About Your Day

Share your venue, guest count, ceremony timeline, and any parking constraints. We'll respond within 24 hours with a detailed proposal.

Step 2

Site Survey

We visit your venue in person to map traffic flow, staging zones, and overflow options. This walkthrough is what separates a good plan from a flawless one.

Step 3

Custom Operations Plan

You receive a written plan covering staffing, arrival staging, departure waves, equipment placement, and contingency protocols — reviewed with your coordinator.

Step 4

Day-of Execution

Our team arrives early, sets up, and manages every vehicle from first guest to last departure. You don't lift a finger. Your guests don't wait a minute.

Why Us

Parking should be invisible on your wedding day

The best valet service is the one your guests don't have to think about.

Your wedding day has a rhythm — the quiet anticipation before the ceremony, the burst of energy at the reception, the slow winding down as the last guests say goodbye. Parking touches every one of those moments, and when it's handled well, nobody notices. That's the goal.

We've parked weddings at waterfront estates on Mercer Island, historic venues in Pioneer Square, winery ceremonies in Woodinville, and hotel ballrooms in downtown Bellevue. Every location is different, and every plan we build reflects the specifics of that venue. A gravel lot at a farm wedding requires different staging than a multi-level garage in the city. We plan for both with the same level of detail.

Our attendants are trained specifically for wedding environments. They know that the energy of a wedding is different from a corporate event — that a warm greeting sets the tone, that umbrella service matters when it rains in Seattle, and that the last thing a guest wants after a four-hour celebration is a ten-minute wait for their car.

Every wedding package includes full insurance documentation, which your venue will likely require. We handle certificate requests directly — most are turned around same-day. If your planner, venue coordinator, or caterer needs to reach us before or during the event, they'll have a direct line to our lead attendant on site.

"
Our guests kept telling us how smooth the parking was, and honestly that was one of the best compliments we got all night. Seattle Valet made it feel effortless — like part of the venue experience, not an afterthought.

Common questions about wedding valet

Everything you need to know before booking valet for your wedding day.

We recommend booking 2–4 months in advance for weekend weddings, especially during peak season (June–October). We can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, but early booking guarantees availability and gives us time for a thorough site survey.

That depends on guest count, venue layout, and parking distance. As a general guideline, we staff one attendant per 20–25 vehicles. We'll recommend the right number in your custom proposal after the site survey.

Yes. We provide certificates of insurance as a standard part of every booking. Most venues require this, and we handle the paperwork directly — typically within one business day of your request.

This is Seattle — we plan for rain on every outdoor event. Our team brings large umbrellas and escorts guests from their vehicle to the venue entrance. We also adjust staging plans based on real-time weather to keep traffic flowing safely.

Absolutely. Our lead attendant connects with your planner or coordinator before and during the event. We align on arrival timing, departure waves, VIP vehicles, and any special requests — so everyone's working from the same playbook.
