Booking & Scheduling

Quote Requests: You may request a customized quote by contacting Seattle Valet Parking with details about your event or service needs, including date, location, expected vehicle volume, and duration.

Confirmation: A service is not confirmed until you receive a written agreement or invoice from Seattle Valet Parking specifying the date, time, location, staffing level, pricing, and terms.

Minimum Notice: For event-based services, we require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. For ongoing commercial parking services, notice requirements will be specified in your service agreement.

Venue Access: You are responsible for ensuring Seattle Valet Parking has legal access to the parking location and that parking is authorized by the property owner or manager. We will not provide services at locations where we cannot operate legally or safely.

Pricing & Payment

Custom Quotes: All pricing is custom-quoted based on event size, location, staffing requirements, date, and other operational factors. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms: Payment is due according to the terms specified in your signed agreement or invoice. Standard terms are net 30 days for ongoing commercial services and payment in full at least 7 days prior to an event date for event-based services.

Deposits: For large events or new clients, Seattle Valet Parking may require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after the non-refundable date specified in your agreement.

Adjustments: If actual vehicle volume, attendant hours, or other service parameters vary materially from the quoted estimate, final pricing may be adjusted accordingly and communicated to you within 5 business days of service completion.

Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event are subject to a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made after our staff has begun travel to the venue are fully non-refundable.

Ongoing Service Termination: Ongoing valet services may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice, unless a longer termination period is specified in your service agreement.

Date Changes: Rescheduling your event to a different date (if available) may be treated differently than cancellation. Please contact us directly to discuss rescheduling options and any applicable fees.
