Yes. Certificates of Insurance are issued within 24 hours. Most venues require this, and we handle it routinely with no delays.
Yes. Every team member undergoes a criminal background check, DMV record check, and drug screening before joining our team.
Booking
Simple, transparent booking process from start to finish.
We recommend booking 2-4 months in advance, especially during peak season (June–October). However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before your event. 50% refund for 15–29 days out. Deposits cancelled within 14 days are non-refundable.
